Celebrate April Fools' Day with OPL! Join us as we have a topsy-turvy, upside down, silly good time with games and crafts. Come in your best wacky attire if you like!

Calling all jokesters - come get in on the hijinks and games we're dishing out in the teen space. Don't be the April fool - make and take your own prank! We'll have everything you need, just dress for mess. 

Join Robert Nelson of the East Alabama Gem and Mineral society on April Fools' Day to learn how not to be "fooled" by fake gems, what determines the value of gemstones, and the gemstone known as the "Gold of the North," Amber. 

This story time will include rhymes, a story, and a messy activity! Dress for mess-- and lots of fun! 

For kids 2-5, all are welcome

Want to try out the Makerspace but don’t know where to start? Drop in on Thursdays to create a mini creation. Each month will feature a different small project that should 10 – 15 minutes to complete and are limited to one per patron. 

Adults need craft time too! Join us at Whistle Stop Bottle & Brew to make a fun seasonal craft! All craft supplies will be provided, drafts are on you!

Did you know April is national brunch month? Come appreciate the beauty of brunch while creating pancake art - you’ll see exactly why it deserves a whole month of celebration!

Neuroscientist Jason Chang will present a 3-part series on the human eye and changes that occur due to the aging process. With this knowledge, you should be able to have a productive and meaningful discussion with your eye doctor.

Join Ms. Addy for this physical program that combines stories and yoga poses to help children learn about their bodies, develop movement skills, and improve their balance and coordination.

Can you dig it? Books + Nature = Fun! Join us monthly for an outdoor adventure with our friends from O Grows. We will read a story and then participate in a nature/outdoor/garden-themed activity.

This class teaches how to blend flowing gentle movements and energizing exercise to awaken and revitalize your body. Participants cultivate balance, flexibility, and improved circulation through this hour long session.
