The Library Board is appointed by the City Council and typically meets every other month. All meetings begin at 4:45 pm and are held in the Opelika Public Library. The meetings are open to the public and you are invited to attend.

The Opelika Public Library has a variety of Cricut machines avaialable for use in our makerspace. In class you will learn about the types of machines we offer and how to get started with Cricut's Design Space. 

Anyone who has taken the appropriate safety classes can use Makerspace machines without appointment. Machines are first-come, first-served. 

Baby & Me is perfect for our littlest library patrons and their caregivers! This story time features short songs and a story, followed by unstructured play and discovery time! 

For pre-walkers, all are welcome
