Experience aviation history in a whole new light at our inclusive Sensory Nights! Every Thursday in April, join us at the Opelika Public Library for an evening tailored for sensory-sensitive guests, featuring dimmed lights and reduced sounds throughout our engaging exhibit. Explore the interactive displays inspired by the pioneering spirit of the Tuskegee Airmen and delve into STEM concepts through their Six Guiding Principles. Step into history with 'Aim High: Soaring with the Tuskegee Airmen,' alongside the Smithsonian Institution Traveling Exhibition Service's 'Black Wings: American Dreams in Flight.' This is your chance to journey through WWII aviation with comfort and tranquility, creating memories that soar beyond the ordinary.
