Please note, tables, chairs, and AV are available and will be set up prior to your reservation according to requests listed on the reservation form. However, we are not an event center and do not have staff dedicated to assist on the day of your reservation. 

For reservations beginning or extending outside of library hours, there will be an "Out of Hours" fee of $150 added to your reservation if approved. To make the reservation, please reserve the in-hours portion of the reservation and include the additional time requested in the "Special Requirements" section of the reservation page.
