Meeting Room A is a multi-functional room that can be set up in several layouts. Please note that the layout of the room will affect the room's capacity.
Equipment
Meeting Room A has a complete A/V systems as well as ADA compliant podiums available for all your presentation needs.
Meeting Room A features an in room restroom and water fountain. It also serves as the storm shelter for the library during extreme severe weather. Due to this extra protection, cell phone service is spotty in this room.
Seating
Meeting Room A will each hold up to 40 people, when seated classroom style or up to 25 when tables are in use.
