Baby & Me is perfect for our littlest library patrons and their caregivers! This story time features short songs and a story, followed by unstructured play and discovery time!

Join your favorite stitchers for National Knit in Public Day (crocheters, too)! We will be at All Strung Out Yarn Shop in downtown Opelika to celebrate friendship and our love of yarn.

The Magic of Tommy Johns Show is a fun-filled interactive time when the kids make the magic happen! The show is filled with volunteers, comedy, costuming, and amazing magic.

Anyone who has taken the appropriate safety classes can use Makerspace machines without appointment. Machines are first-come, first-served.

Learn how to use our 3D Printer and become safety certified to use the machine on your own. This class is required before you are able to make 3D Printer appointments or attend Open Make. 

A time and place for those who love the fiber arts. You are welcome to come and crochet, knit, cross stitch, quilt, or whatever you fancy.

Join us in the Cooper Room for super-sized versions of your favorite games! 

Learn how to use our Glowforge machine and become safety certified to use the machine on your own. This class is required before you are able to make Glowforge appointments or attend Open Make. 

Come play all your favorite games in the Teen Space! We'll have all your favorites to choose from plus some game-themed snacks.

Step into the cozy café and let your words flow freely! It's our monthly Poetry Night at The Coffee Shop, where we celebrate creativity over a cup of your favorite brew. Share your verses, listen in, or simply soak up the atmosphere.

Your favorite Field Day activities have been transformed into Minute to Win It style games. Compete against your friends to take home the Field Day Champion Trophy. We'll have popsicles to help you cool off.

Join us at OPL for some adult crafting where we will be reusing tattered books in new ways!  Drop in and create something new out of well worn used books. Read, Recycle, Create!

Craft will take about 30 minutes to complete.
