Join us for this fun dance class for adults! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced dancer, our sessions are designed to bring joy, laughter, and learning to everyone.

This story time includes interactive songs and stories and lots of fun!

Recommended for ages 2-5, all ages welcome!

The Opelika Public Library has a variety of Cricut machines avaialable for use in our makerspace. In class you will learn about the types of machines we offer and how to get started with Cricut's Design Space. 

Dinosaurs (Air Walker Balloons) have taken over the teen space—and they need handlers! Come create your own Jurassic adventure - what will you dream up? Will you accessorize your pets, build obstacle courses, or race each other?

Join us for a sensory friendly, calming way to end the day! Sleepy Story Time features songs and stories that will leave you relaxed and ready for slumber.

Anyone who has taken the appropriate safety classes can use Makerspace machines without appointment. Machines are first-come, first-served. 

Baby & Me is perfect for our littlest library patrons and their caregivers! This story time features short songs and a story, followed by unstructured play and discovery time! 

For pre-walkers, all are welcome

Dinosaurs, reactions, and explosions--- oh my! Join the Science Lady for a dino-riffic good time! You'll really dig learning about types and sizes of dinosaurs and fossils.

Opelika Public Library is excited to partner with the Opelika Chamber to present a series of movies this summer at select Food Truck Fridays in Downtown Opelika.

Join Ms. Addy for this physical program that combines stories and yoga poses to help children learn about their bodies, develop movement skills, and improve their balance and coordination.
