Who can design the fastest potato powered vehicle? We'll have everything you need to construct the spud-mobile of your dreams. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories: Spud Racer (fastest), Most Spudtacular (most creative), and Top Tot (for our youngest racers). Vehicle construction will take place from 3 pm - 4:15 pm, with races beginning at 4:15 pm.
