If you have chickens and are interested in selling eggs, this session is for you. Dr. Brigid McCrea, a Small Flock Poultry Extension Specialist, will be leading this session full of information on how to grade and size eggs for selling and understand the rules in Alabama for selling eggs. There will be hands-on opportunities to use candlers.
